Rich is the Business Operations Manager for the Boston University Medical Campus National Emerging Infectious
Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL). The NEIDL is part of a national network of secure facilities that study infectious diseases -
whether they occur naturally or are introduced through bioterrorism. He earned his MPH in Health Policy & Management from
Boston University School of Public Health, and has worked with infectious disease physicians & researchers for the past 19 years.
Rich has served in multiple roles on the LGBT Caucus Executive Committee since 2005.
